Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Blaze Analytics website, mobile application or other services ("Service") operated by Blaze Analytics ("us" or "we").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The Service is available to individuals and companies who have a registered account.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when registering an account and maintaining your profile.
We paid subscription plans, and one time payments providing varying levels of features and capabilities ranging from $29 to $249.
Your use of the Service is subject to the pricing and payment terms outlined on our pricing page (https://www.blazesql.com/blaze-pricing.html). In case of subscription, payment is due upon registration or renewal of your subscription plan.
You can request an export of your data in CSV format and deletion of your account and data at any time. We will process requests within 14 days.
You agree not to use the Service to generate, visual data that includes any offensive, hateful, harmful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to delete any prohibited content generated through the Service and terminate accounts found to be in repeated violation of this policy.
Queries, visualizations and dashboards generated through the Service can be shared, published or sold as you wish. However, your access credentials for the Service should be kept secure.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this website. Modifications will be effective 30 days after posting.
Your continued use of the Service after 30 days will constitute acceptance of these changes. We also reserve the right to discontinue or terminate the Service at any time (including the right to terminate with or without cause), effective with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or termination of the Service.
We may provide notifications about changes to these Terms, the Service or other matters by posting on our website, through the Service or by email. It is your responsibility to regularly check for such notifications.
The Blaze Unlimited product has a conditional 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Other products do not have a guarantee, due to API costs. Users who have already used a free trial or a different subscription, and users who received a discount, are not eligible for the money back guarantee. To avoid refund scams or premature refunds, refunds will only be issued to users who have fully used the product, by meeting the following conditions:
•Directly connected a database with the desktop version.
•Added at least 5 table and column descriptions in the database page.
•Generated and ran at least 10 queries with GPT-4 after adding table and column descriptions.
•Generated at least 2 graphs.
Subscriptions and purchases are tied to an account, which should only be used by one person.
We respect intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will act in accordance with the law if we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice alleging that content on our site infringes someone's copyright.
We will not be liable to you or any other party for any indirect, special, incidental consequential or punitive damages beyond what we could have reasonably anticipated arising from your use of the service. However, we do not limit or exclude our liability for:
•Any damages arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
•Any liability related to the security, privacy or confidentiality of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
